Time to Update

Well I know its has been FOREVER.... I went through this period were I kinda gave up :( But I have officially started working out again. I'm doing this AWSOME workout... Its by Jillian Micheals, its high intense cardio workout. I love it. I have been doing it for over a week now, and I feel different already. In the middle of the week I break it up and do some cardio kickbox by Jillian Micheals. I'm on a roll and I feel great!!! I realized when I had given up on my weight loss that I was always feeling " down in the dumps" It was not fun at all, I couldn't get anything done during the day, because I had no energy. I can smell a change in me, and I love it.. heheh :) so theres my little update, will try to keep you updated on my progress.. :)
