Last week

I was only down 1 lbs last week.. I'm finding it really hard to stay motivated........ :( its soooo frustrating. I wish I had someone to go running with. I might have to get Dalyana to watch baby Wyatt a few evenings a week, so Jon and I can go runnin... hehehe Anyways I'm hoping for a better week.

-3 lbs

So -3lbs in a week, Not the best # ever but I will take it. I do feel alot better about myself since I've started to be more energetic and exercising. It feels great!!! I did some roller blading and walking. Dalayna and I started walking in the evenings together. I LOVE THE SPRING. YAY. I think it was a long time coming. So now I'm waiting for my stomach to shrink, so that I'm not so hungry all the time. :) So here's to a great week!!! :)

Managing both

I've decided to take some advice I got from a friend and use it. She advised that I give myself a smaller goal to reach, and once I've reached it, to award myself. So I'm shooting for 10 lbs to start.. So far my motivation and determination is all there. I never thought it would be so hard to get back into my routine again with a baby. It seems like Wyatt is always keeping me busy, and its hard to focus on myself. Any advice? hehe Maybe some tips on how to manage both?

Starting out!!

Yesterday I had a very good day! I resisted the temptation of ice cream, I've been getting Jon to eat it so its all gone, and I dont have to worry about it. :) I love the feeling I get when I go to bed at night and I know I've had a good day! Its great. I started running every day again. I'm taking advantage of Jon being home with me during the day. He can watch Wyatt while I go run! I forgot how good I felt when I was running. It take alot of motivation to get up and go do it, but its the end results that I love :) heheh

Here goes!!!

I've decided to Start my own personal workout blog. On this blog I will try to frequently update my progress. My goal is to lose 40 lbs!! I'm not giving myself a timeline to reach that goal. 40lbs is a big # but its very reachable if I'm comitted to what I'm doing. Eating healthy and exercising is the key to weight loss. It is all in balancing your calory intake and how many calories you lose. I gained quite a bit of weight while pregnant with Wyatt. I really want to get back down to where I was before. I can do it!! :) Wish me luck.
