Here goes!!!
I've decided to Start my own personal workout blog. On this blog I will try to frequently update my progress. My goal is to lose 40 lbs!! I'm not giving myself a timeline to reach that goal. 40lbs is a big # but its very reachable if I'm comitted to what I'm doing. Eating healthy and exercising is the key to weight loss. It is all in balancing your calory intake and how many calories you lose. I gained quite a bit of weight while pregnant with Wyatt. I really want to get back down to where I was before. I can do it!! :) Wish me luck.
